-makes 8 lollipops per batch-
ingredients :
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon extract of your choice ( ex..vanilla, mint, bubble gum )
- food color (optional)

Gather all ingredients and supplies needed
Step 2
In a saucepan combine (stir) sugar, corn syrup, water and extract of your choice in medium-high heat until the candy thermometer reach 300 F (hard crack stage)
Step 3
once the mixture reach 300 F remove sauce pan from heat . allow it to sit until it stops bubbling . at this point you can add food color if desired. immediately pour into mold and add sprinkles right away
Step 4
let them cool completely and remove from mold once hardened. Enjoy!
